I am a qualified Health and Nutrition Coach, trained with IINH (Institute of Health Sciences) and registered with UKIHCA (UK & International Health Coaching Association).
I have always had a strong interest in holistic and alternative approaches to health and wellbeing. Over time, this interest became deeply personal when I reached a point in my own life where my health was no longer where I wanted it to be.
With a background in traditional healthcare, I began to explore how food, lifestyle, and mindset influence how we feel each day. This journey was not linear and came with challenges and setbacks, but it also offered invaluable insight into the complexity and resilience of the human body.
Through my own experience, I developed a deep appreciation for the fact that no two people are the same. We each bring unique stories, experiences, and needs, which means meaningful change can only come from a compassionate, personalised approach.
Today, I combine professional knowledge with empathy and understanding. My role is to support you in discovering what works best for you and to help you build healthier habits that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your life.
